Is that it? I thought a blog was meant to be kept up to date. It's been 4 days now and I've been left with the same old page. If you agree with me that this should be a priority for John and we should have at least 2000 words every 24hours please write in.

Hiya guy
Good job. Mrs. mtsfp here.
Sounds to me like you need a professional inservice. You just send a chit to the home office saying you have heard that you should have professional inservice. You respectfully request a fully paid transatlantic crossing on the QE2 so you can see how they do things. !
Worth a shot.
You would still of course want the private one with your honey, who would have to stay and keep things rolling whilst you are away.
And we want blog thingys all the while from you.
Next thought, please find out if it would be possible for the Australian discus champ, were it possible for him to bring his discus travelling, to utilize the golf cage. It is built to catch evil little golf balls, perhaps it could handle a frisbee on steroids.
It's still early, only a couple months vs. years, but your tales far surpass the Love Boat tv show from eons ago. Thanks for sharing.
ps- you are saving Tales from the Med for your book?

John and Heidi, thanks so much for your kind words about my husband, Rus. He has to be a "good sport" to put up with a brat like me!

In answer to your question, re: Cooties, I found the following: "Cooties is a word in English, used by children, referring to a fictional diseases. Cooties are believed to be a highly contagious disease or condition, typically carried by members of the opposite gender. In prepubescent children it serves as a device for enforcing gender separation...

In British English the term lurgy may be used in the same context, however, it should be noted that lurgy has a broader definition and the two concepts are not equivalent."

In other words, for an 11-year-old boy, all girls have cooties.
