This was so funny to hear after every announcement starting off from the Muster!! It continued all week until we were all doing it, he is a bundle of infectious enerygy. He was the best thing on the ship, Carnival maybe for some people but it was not for us, we had a great cabin ( category 12) visited some great places but other areas just let the company down big time, eg food, service, lining up to get onboard for hours, lining up at every port to get back on ship. We are sailing her 4 weeks from today. First time on the Victory and the first time with Malcolm. This is our 25th year of cruising exclusively with Carnival. The Victory will be hubby's 27th cruise and our families 18th. (He started when he was single and has a few on us!) Guess Carnival is doing something right! We have a 16 year old special needs child. (This will be his 18th cruise as well) The staff and crew at Carnival have always exceeded our expectations where his care is concerned. Our oldest son is in college and (although he has missed a few over the years) has racked up 14 cruises. He will miss out on the Victory cruise because of college. (as well as our Holiday cruise in December and our B2B on the Imagination in Jan 08.) He is not pleased about that. We have never had the pleasure of sailing with you, but look forward to doing so one day soon. Please continue to blogs on the various other CDs. We have sailed with some wonderful ones!! We were hoping that Belize might still be a possibility from what Mike Alvira had told us. Well, it ain't looking too good now. BUT, we are still going to keep a good attitude about the whole situation. I am sure the captain is going to do everything that he can to protect the $500,000,000 ship. Maybe next time, we will wait until December. That would match our anniversary. Still, for the price we paid, I suppose that it does not really matter where we go, as long as the ship goes.
