Anyway I think the security personal are very important and they work hard to not be noticed while keeping the ship secure. I always try to say good morning to them on the gangplank or hi how are you when returning. Seems to help I'm sure they appreciate it after standing there all day in the sun. This is one of the people without whom none of us could board our vacation home and nobody bothered to drap a line here. I most sincerely hope it is purely unintentional. Elstwise gangplanks could become quite an adventure. It must be a tribute to quiet efficiency that there are no testimonials to daily interaction with the local peacekeepers. Whether it was my 2 am laundry meditations or waiting in 45 minute lines returning from a 20 bus convoy to Tulum or being assisted on and off tenders, the security staff of the Smoke Free Paradise and the Carnival Liberty were welcoming and considerate. Thank you for a job well done. I for one appreciate your presence. Now this is a problem.
