John and Heidi,
I want to thank you so much for the beautiful sunset pictures. Today has been an extremely grueling day. I knew that I needed to destress for a few moments so I went to the sunset picture blog. Just looking at those gorgeous pictures helped me feel like I could in fact do what I needed to do this afternoon. I feel I will be revisiting this site frequently as a theraputic strategy.
Dear John- I was a passenger on the September 10 sailing of Freedom and have a little information for you. Regarding carry on items, you are allowed 2, not 1 as we had been instructed.
Secondly, I do hope that Carnival will do something about the baggage handling between the airport in Rome and the ship. I had friends who had their luggage sliced open and mine was pilferred. The cruise is too wonderful to be ruined by a bad start!
My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our cruise and the wonderful people on board, both staff and passengers. I look forward to my next cruise.
Gary,
I see you’re getting creative. I love the picture with the bell. Thanks again for sharing.

Gary, great set-ups on the bell and the ring. Now that’s what I call a whirlpool. Just look at that water boiling.
BIG ED
Great job on the sunsets, Gary!
John, tell Gary to keep up the good work with pictures of the sunset. They are absolutely beautiful.
Gary:
You only missed one thing.
Where are the Italian Deck Officers in the whirlpool?
Exceeds expectations – oh yeah
