To funny when I read about Croatia I didnt even notice there was a problem. Was the most wonderful place we visited, the cruise was nice and the staff were wonderful I was greatly dissapointed there were no ice cream cones. I havebeen apretty regular reader of your blog since ab. April and I am a huge fan. My first cruise was in 1988 on Jubilee, and I love to cruise w. Carnival since then. Our kids (Tom-13 and Becky-12, next month) got a chance to meet Wee Jimmy on Triumph in Nov '04, absolutely love him. Becky even got a medal frm him for helping call number in Bingo. It hangs proudly in her room.I want to say a heartfelt thank you to all of you at Carnival for making everyone feel so welcome and at home on your ships all the time. We are planning our 5th cruise with Carnival, and hope to meet you and Heidi one day too! John , I was so happy to hea r that Alan got through his first surgery so well. I f I could do it , then Alan can do it . I just got over having 3 major surgeries in 18 months (kidney and pancresas transplants and complications frm last surgery and my diabetes) He is so blessed to have friend like you and Heidi. You know what got me thru it all- My faith in God (Can you still say the "G " word on the internet?) My Wonderful husband , my family, friends, but most importantly, our church friends, who were so there for us. So tell Alan to get well, we're praying for him in our small town of Narrowsburg. John, you and Heidi have the greatest time on holiday. Say hey to my Cousin Will and his wife, Carolyn, who live in Fromm (did I spell it right? :)) outside of London. Hubby was telling me on the phone that he honestly did not know how you maintained with all the issues you have to deal with on a daily basis. The pictures were beautiful.
