I have never experienced jet lag, but I can imagine how horrible it can be... I'm in the middle of a fight with Murphy myself. In his last attack to me, he decided to let the fire alarm at my job go off...... while I was in the bathroom...... I was probably one of the last people out and thank goodness it was just a technical error... or just Murphy having fun...I will mark June 21st on my calendar.
