That is the way it goes. No harm is intended and it is all meant in fun. On our conference last year, we had the Carnival Sales Rep and the RCCL Sales rep in attendance. Both poked fun at each other constantly and both had great fun with it. Both lines are wonderful lines - quite different and have their individual merits. One that they share however us their sense of humour!! So Mr Melling, while I respect that you don't like to see anyone picked on, I'm quite certain that if you do choose to tattle...I mean take this issue to the Capt on your upcoming cruise, you will see that the Captain will chuckle at this and perhaps even jokingly send you back to us with a comeback! And if my experience serves me right, family talks to each other this way. They laugh, they cry, they cuddle and they cajole.
