I took Scott to "Emeril's" here in Orlando for his (Scott's) birthday Friday night and am sorry to say that I was not overly impressed with the food. There were some high points...the andouile (?) sausage appetizer, strawberry shortcake and creme broulee...but the entrees were just okay. I was disappointed because there's so much hype about his restaurants. I would go there again, though, and try something different as it may have just been poor choices on our part. Must add the service was wonderful...never needed anything that didn't immediately appear. Must look for a Todd English restaurant (are there any in Florida?).We also went to see The Blue Man Group for the first time and it was a great show.
