She is lovely, John. Many of my friends at Cruise Critic are THRILLED to see the Cele continue on! I suspect the most thrilled will be the folks from Spain who get the honor and pleasure of sailing on her.

Thank you, Carnival, for preserving a beautiful ship full of wonderful memories…

    John,
That’s a new one on me….rumpy bumpy? Ok now if I was going to sail on her I would sit there and wonder if anybody had “rumpy bumpy” on the table I’m sitting at.

    hi john,

i worked with you on the then celebration back in 1989 when you were the asst bar manager, and me a mere shoppie at the time.
you have certainly come a long way, but you still have the same cringeworthy commentary as 21 yrs ago!!!
its nice to know that now you have celebrity status as the mega important senior cruise director, which you have earned in style my friend.
watching your blogs on the now grand celebration is very much de-ja-vu, and the irony of all this is that shortly my husband will be joining to work in the holtel dept (another old sea dog like ourselves!!).
so if im really lucky, i may get to take a trip down memory lane and come on board as a cruiser soon.
keep on doing your funny stuff, you are the real legend of the seas!!!
