I have been off from work this week, so I got up very early this morning to check the blog. I got very excited when I read that Ken had arrived at the ship. He was our Maitre'de on the Freedom and we have requested him also on the Splendor. I found myself mentally figuring out when the "hand over" will take place. My life is now organized in weekly themes. Next week is Vacation Bible School week. The week after that is Lacrosse Camp week. Then comes departure week. The ship will be turned over between VBS and Lacrosse. Anyway, we are leaving on July 8th. We will be spending a few days in London, prior to our sailing. It has been quite a while since Jim and I were there. We are looking forward to returning to the city although I need to let him know you said it had changed. I loved the pictures from Camp Carnival. Our grandkids will be spending time there. It looks really good. Keep the blogs coming. Remember, we live vicariously through this blog. It has been so exciting reading about the Splendor and knowing we will actually be there soon. Ruth Good Morning John and Heidi!

Seems that if you put a magnet next to the speaker, it shuts off, so-o-o-o, with all due respect to Jeff Dunham, I'm getting a great big ole magnet on a stick (will call it Jose) to test the theory.
