It's almost 12 months since our 25th anniv cruise on Freedom where we had a wonderful time and loved Johns humour and pasenger-friendly attitude. Our kids had geat fun trying to track Alan down following his 'picture' being posted on the morning show by John. Its great to hear that Alan is now recovering well and we all send him and his family our very best wishes. We are so looking forward to cruising again once my dear wife is fully recovered from some health issues earlier this year but in the meantime we love keeping tabs on John via his blog. I found Carnival cabins regardless of which type we selected, to be well appointed and very comfortable. As far any comparison to Celebrity, been there done that and the ship I was on was the PITS! Old and outdated with passengers about the same.
