I am getting a toe ring tattoo, and I don’t know exactly what she is getting, but I think it will be bigger than mine, which is Ok with me since I hate needles.

This Sunday Jeanette and I are doing yet another bucket list thingy: We are getting a tattoo!!! One of a strictly limited edition (I only ordered 250) crafted from finest green plastic (green as in the colour, not recycled).Lovingly engraved by machine with the inscription "Woodlands Caravan Park" it is the perfect accessory for the finest self-assembly flatpack desk and a must for every ex-employee of a failed bank.Filled with genuine ink, and containing a precision space-age retracting mechanism, one normally has to win a game of Bingo (well - a line) to posess such a treasure. It will become a family heirloom and possibly even change hands on eBay for as much as 4 or even 5 cents. It is yours. Just tell me where to put it.DON'T BE RUDE!I mean, tell me where to send it.If you resist - I will bring it with me next August. You know you cannot escape. Mwahahahahaha!!!!

Hi John.

I have a replacement pen for you. Goose has been our second most favorite CD to cruise with; we might actually call him Little John. I know he needs a little vacation, but was hoping to see him again when we sail Nov 1st., hopefully out of Galveston.

I am a little late posting this, but it has been a little extra windy here in Texas. The possibilities of causing paradox (no, that's not two piers, John...) would be too great. Yes, it would be amazing to be able to jump back and stop John Wilkes Booth from shooting Abraham Lincoln, or Lee Harvey Oswald from shooting JFK, or even stopping the monstrosity of Hitler... but what kind of world would you return to, if you were able to return? By "able to return" I mean a lot of technological advancements happened around WWII, because of the war and the needs of the military. So if you go back and give the good news to Adolf then a lot of the advancements made in technology then would not happen because they weren't needed... and suddenly none of this would exist. Or it would exist but utterly different. And the whole "observer" mentality wouldn't fly, either. Think of the superbug viruses we have now, those that aren't affected by most modern medicines. Now think of one of those hitchhiking on a time traveler to, say, Ancient Greece or Victorian Europe. Even though you would limit or prohibit your interactions with the past, that wouldn't stop Mr. Superbug from spreading and devastating the world.Sorry, I enjoy letting the geek out! This is a topic I can get into, being complete and utter science fiction.

Alright, while I agree that time travel would be cool, it’s not something we should mess with. Stephanie, I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. She will be in our prayers. I hope the docs can find a way to help minimize the effects of this disease on her. They are having great success with all kinds of things now a days!
Well John, I was really happy to hear that although you had yet another unreasonable guest (is there no end to the supply?) at least he came to his senses! Maybe he just needed a nap or something! Sometimes I think the whole world would be better off it at 12:00 every afternoon, for one hour everyone had cookies and milk, listened to a story and took a nap!
Thanks for always bringing us these great pictures! Half the time I have no idea what I am actually looking at (geography was never my strong suit!) but I still like to look anyway!
Great pic of the two of you! How you got enough alone time together to have it taken is still a mystery, but I'm glad you did!
Hey any chance we'll get you to the Spirit in May? You know you've always wanted to! LOL!

Its great that your cell phone even makes your picture. Once a techie, always a techie :)
I enjoyed Goose's interview. I'm sure he's excited to take over.
Great pics from Amsterdam. Thanks for posting.
Its nice that the Israeli passenger called and apologized. I think its only the 2nd time this whole season that one of the passengers who "attacked" you realized their mistakes.
Hope all is well and looking forward to hearing more about Spain in the next week or so.
Take care!

"The only thing that topped this experience was their next visit during Christmas. We collected their wish list to Santa weeks earlier and created an “Ecstasy Elves” project where we gathered and wrapped the items on the list for their next visit which included the Christmas show from the dance cast, Spanish Frosty Story and a visit by Santa to present the children with the gifts they had requested. This had nothing to do with being a cruise director but had everything to do with being in a position to help others in need. I will never forget the look on all those faces…look out, Christmas is around the corner!"We will be on the XMASS cruise...and want to know what we can do to help make this children's drive successful.....Please ask goose what he needs....

John – please help!

From Goose:<br
