I honeymooned with my wife on the Splendor and you definitely made the cruise enjoyable.I am a fellow DJ myself and I was able to briefly talk with DJ Shanon between songs. I checked out what he was using, and he even mentioned that it would be great if Carnival invested in some standard DJ equipment. I highly encourage you to let someone know about this. Invest in some industry standard turntables/mixers/accessories! I'm pretty sure DJ Shanon was fine with what he was using but if you want the Red Carpet to feel like a real nightclub, get some DJ equipment. After poking my head to see his setup, I felt for him, as I do now knowing of his recent accident.
