As a crew member he should have know better than to climb on a rail for any reason. I suppose that "GOD" needed a crew member for his cruise ship in "Heaven". Our condolences to his family and all crew members. I can not fathom their pain they are enduring from witnessing such a tragic event. May they seek refuge from their pain in the "Lord".
