Hi, John! We are so disappointed (to say the least) that Susan Boyle didn’t win at the Finals of the Britain Got Talent competition. She lost to a “circus act”….What’s the matter with the people voting? Regardless of how great the circus act was, there is no comparison with Susan’s talent. Well, let’s hope that Simon Bowell or whoever is now in charge of her career (maybe you if you ever get your dream wish of replace Simon… if he lets you!) get her to record a hit CD & tour her all over the world. First please try to get the big bosses at Carnival to have her at the Dream’s naming ceremony to sing the “Dream” song she sang the first time she participated in the contest & surprised everybody with her magnificent voice.
Thank you for your prompt reply the other day to our questions/comments regarding Carnival’s Past Guest Cocktail parties, pins, etc.
We can’t figure our why but we were unable to see today the latest video of Kye… when we click where it says “play video”, all we get is a black picture screen with a tiny trembling dot in the center… What a shame!

Great video. Kye is so pretty and I’m glad she, and you, got a few hours of sleep.
When you go to the Dream we would like you to check out the deck 7 9A aft wrap cabin 7454. This is what we have on the Valentine’s Day cruise. We have had 9A cabins before and want to know if this is the same and what are the differences, if any, among the decks 6, 7, and 8. Do all the decks have the same amount of balcony space on the back and side? Can’t wait to see the pictures of the ship.

BRILLIANT!!! That is probably one of the best blogs you have ever done! It is so nice to see you and Kye and to hear Heidi in the background. Now we need someone to film the 3 of you together and put it on the blog. What a special family you are, and I am sure all of your extended family (all of us bloggers) feel the same way as I do! Heidi, my boys are 27 & 23 and I still haven’t forgotten how painful labour (spelled correctly) is. We did natural childbirth too although back then it was called Lamaze. I just kept thinking what the end result would be……a healthy baby.

Great video, glad your girls are doing well. They will be a even bigger part of your life from now own.
We are loading the car now for the drive over to Mobile. At least Donna has rolled all the suitcases to the door and given me that look to finish up on the computer and get to work loading the car. Our girls, the granddaughters will be here any minute and will be going with us on the Holiday. Hope we have a smooth time of it, seems the Holiday encountered some rough weather last week and tossed a few dishes around.
Anyway, there is no such thing as a bad cruise. All are an adventure and this one will be also. Our Blogger friends convinced us that the Holiday was still a great ship and we will be there on June 1.
