As one frugal buyer of latest model autos I hope I can persuade all you rental car users to take good, good, careful care of the wheels you use. I have had good luck, so far, with my rental or leased vehicles. May I request that all you who torture your defenseless auto to please let me know the vin number so I can avoid some nasty Brits’ (or whatever) poisoned carriages. Thank you. RHT

Was Mr. Zonis in the video movie that we watch at the Past Guest parties?

I am sailing on my Carnival Dream in January. This is the first ship I have been on with the Seaside Theater. My question, does Carnival ever show sporting events on them and if so, what is the chance that we can catch the NFL playoffs?

Hey John: Any chance you will be in Port Canaveral on November 18th? They are hosting a Dream Sail-A-Bration between 5:30-7:30pm, with a laser show, drawing for a free cruise, and free commemorative items and other giveaways. The Dream stops here that day on its way to the Bahama’s. We are definitely attending! Linda & Mike

Though I love Miami, I can’t stand driving around that city. I get nervous everytime since they drive like madmen there.
Great Halloween costume pictures.

Enjoyed the costumes. I’m not imaginative enough to think up a costume.
I can never figure out how someones entire vacation is ruined by one minor event. (Anything less than a natural disaster). I understand being disappointed but ship happens.

Btw…..meant to add that one of DJ’s favorite things when David is traveling is ……

to tease David when he gets what DJ considers a “lame” rental car.

Last week was something called a Cube. David said it was a skateboard with sides and a roof.

The worst the Prius hybrid car. If you have never driven one of these things….they literally have to teach you how to turn it on.

DJ still teases him about that one.

I wanted to jump in and clarify those Cruise Critic member “poll” numbers pnjkeith shared, as you read them a “teeny bit incorrectly”:

Yes, I smoke onboard 244 – - 39.8%
No, I do not smoke onboard 316 — 51.5%
Who Cares 53 — 8.6%

The Who Cares percentage is actually 8.6%; not 53.8%. Makes a huge difference!
