We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on the wo previous cruises and see no reason not to do the same this time around. Only one concern - the need for gluten free food this time aound and I am finding conflicting answers from special needs folks telling me from everything can be made to gluten free to only bread and pasta is gluten free to bring your own perishables on board!!!! Any input would be appreciated! With seeing the accomodations made for diabetics (estimated 850, 000 in the US) and not much concern expressed for celiacs (estimated 2.1 million in the US) - well, please - any input or suggestions are welcome!
