I’m so happy the Cabin Stewards received this recognition! Any chance they get a free massage or something? They do an amazing job and definitely make all the difference. Congratulations to all the winners! Thanks to everyone at Carnival for doing an outstanding job and making cruising an affordable and brilliant vacation!!!

I have never left a comment, and am new to your blog! Husband and I sailed the Pride 12-5-2010 and had a fantastic time. I won over 3 thousand in the casino, on 2 and 1 cent slots. There are 3 employees I want to brag about. Yuliana Eneva/slot attendant. First she paid me my winnings both times (think she was a good luck charm). I tipped her $50.00 dollars and later felt terrible I should of paid her more. Second win I tipped her much more….WHY because she took care of me. Would call me by name get me free drinks which was mostly water, one night I got wine and or champange. Always had a smile, very upbeat and loved life. I am a 50 something women and have 2 sons and wish the older would find a girl like her. Next Valentin Fazacas great worker, serious about his job, and when he smiled he lit up the room..casino.
The 3rd employee is Goran from Croyatya. He was our waiter in the M.D. I feel like this young man was top notch. He treated husband and I better than an waiter a a 4 star restraunt. I also tipped him and his helper . He will not being doing an other contract due to his up coming wedding…Please look up this young man for me because husband and I would like to give him a gift for his wedding. My background is thisour 4th cruise, two of them with carnival, and one coming up with carnival glory out of Norfolk. Thank you and Happy New Year, Sherry Elmore

Let me just say that other than you, Josh/aka Big Sexy easily deserved to win Carnival CD of the year!! We had him while he was an ACD and he made my DH and I feel as if we were the most special people on the ship! To come this far in such a short amount of time doesn’t surprize either of us and Josh certainly is our favorite. One day when you retire (and hopefully that won’t be too soon!!), I hope that Josh has the chance to step into your shoes. He would do a fantastic job as the Senior CD… Sincerely, Gammy3gks

Can’t believe that the melting cake didn’t win and creme brulee? Love it but would have put it third behind bitter and blanc. I agree about the cabin stewards but next year there should be categories for all of the teams i.e.dining room, cabin stewards, entertainment, camp Carnival etc.

Thanks for giving us the results. I was not at all surprised that Creme Brulee beat out WCMC. Well, OK, a little surprised, but thrilled to see the results anyway. I swear, I used to like NCL better than Carnival because I could always depend on being able to get Creme Brulee on NCL cruises. Now that Carnival provides it more consistently, the playing field is really much more even now.
Oh, and John….You rock!

YES! Creme Brule’ won!! Even tho I do like chocoloate….and yes, I agree….the cabin stewards make a difference – but really, I love all the CCL staff!
Couldn’t agree more about “Big Sexy”. He was our ACD on the Miracle last year and he was excellent. I had the pleasure of seeing him a few weeks later at Pinata-gate in Philly and he was charming and funny. I loved the Miracle, Josh, St. Thomas…etc, etc, etc. Congrats to all of the winners!

I have to say that I love the creme brulee and really don’t care for the WCMC. I didn’t even order it last cruise!
