I think the video on the Breeze was great. I have been a long time carnival cruiser and really enjoyed the overview of the new ship. I liked how the video began with ships plans blowing in the “breeze!” The flowing letters and descriptions of design and environment were artistic.
I think Carnival should use this video, with Fincantieri’s approval, as a commercial. It could be shorted and the Italian subtiles could be edited or removed (in the american market).
I hope to write you soon about my recent cruise on the Carnival Imagination!

Hi John, All I have to say is this video created by Fincantieri for the Carnival Breeze is just off the charts. I mean it’s fantastic and just draws you in!!!! I’m really excited to see the creative production and direction that’s being established as I don’t ever remember anything of this calibre before, at least ever posted. The Breeze herself? Well, I’ve quietly been watching her progress through your blog and all I can say now is I’m really, really excited for her US Inaugural on November 24. I’ve been booked since May 24, 2011. With proper respect to all her fleetmates, and a special place forever in my heart for the Destiny and Magic having been on both their US Inaugurals, the Breeze I now believe is a ship that is groundbreaking for CCL. Wow! Keep this momentum going! Take care!

Thank you for the hard Work in the last few weeks, great job.
I am new to your blog and really enjoy reading it. This is my first time commenting.
We are not new to Carnaval, we have two cruise under our belt and both with Carnaval. We are booked on the Breeze for Aug 26 2012, we have just celebrating our 25 wedding anniversary on May 16 but the anniversary that is also very important is the date that we met and that is Aug 26 1984. So it will be special for us to board the Breeze on the 26.
Anyway I know your a very busy men so I will go for now and I hope that we can meet you in August on the beautiful Breeze

What a magnificent beauty! It’s amazing how the CCL ships keep out doing themselves! The Carnival Magic is truly magical and the Breeze has a look of it’s own. BRAVO Carnival and congrats to you and your crew John!
The video is pretty cool. I can not wait to experience this new addition to the Carnival Family. I hope to be able to board it on early next year, God willing. It will be my 11 time cruising with Carnival and I’m excited about the prospect of maybe one day getting a “Free Cruise” with Carnival Cruise Line.

“Breeze” looks like a stunningly beautiful ship. The lovely Mrs. Jones will be doing a Med cruise on her this fall, then staying aboard for the trans Atlantic. Sure wish I could join her on this fantastic ship, but I’ll no doubt be aboard once she’s back in Miami. Thanks for posting this John. BRILLIANT!

So looking forward to our cruise on the Breeze June 27th. We have ever been on a ship this new. How long did it take to build from start to finish? I love the smell of a new car so I can only imagine the smell of a new ship mixed with salt air. I’m getting dizzy thinking about it.

JH, I’ve been thinking about the new loyalty program. My opinion is that the only truly FAIR way to do this is to grandfather everyone who has already cruised on CCL and leave the same requirements in place that were there when they paid CCL for their cruise. The reason is, the former plan is a part of what the former guests were “sold” when they cruised. So CCL has an obligation to them – NOT to change the rules in the middle of the game. After all, no one would expect to board the ship for their cruise and be told, “Well, when we sold you this cruise we told you that dinner in the dining room would be included, but we’ve changed our minds and now you must eat on the Lido deck.” Therefore, the only FAIR way to handle this is to leave all former customers under the old plan and apply the NEW plan to the NEW customers.
Can’t wait for Sunday and our wonderful trip on the Breeze. Thanks ,John, for all your effort in keeping us up to date on the ship’s progress.

Absolutely fantastic video! I’m so in love. I just returned from an Eastern Caribbean cruise vacation with Carnival cruise line and I must say that I was beyond satisfied! From the video that you have here, I already know that my next cruise will be aboard the Carnival Breeze!
